ABOUT

Rotanak is a multidisciplinary artist and architect based in Phnom Penh. With a background in architecture and urbanization from The Royal University of Fine Arts and professional communication in English from The Royal University of Phnom Penh.
From a young age, Rotanak has been captivated by the art of drawing, which evolved into a profound passion for creating diverse artworks. This passion led him to explore various forms of art, from traditional sketching and sculpting to the innovative realms of digital art and digital sculpting. Since 2018, Rotanak has been immersing himself in the world of digital arts and jewelry design, expanding his creative repertoire and experimenting with new techniques.

His dedication to art was notably recognized in 2023 when he illustrated the national costume for Miss Universe Cambodia, which won the Best National Costume award. 

Rotanak’s artistic journey reached a significant milestone in May 2024 with his first solo exhibition, "The Particles," at Sra Art Gallery, where he showcased two compelling collections of his artwork. This was followed by his debut group exhibition at Villa Gallery in July 2024​ under the name of “A Circle of Life”, marking a new chapter in his evolving career.
